Made from original family recipes, Schoep's was first produced in 1928 to supply Madison, Wisconsin, area restaurants with the finest quality ice cream. As popularity and demand grew, Schoep's began packaging their delicious ice cream for the entire family to enjoy at home…and HomePak was born. Today, Schoep's also manufactures a complete line of frozen yogurt, light ice cream, frozen custard, sherbet and novelties.
Schoep’s made more than 12 million gallons of ice cream last year. Schoep’s also manufactures frozen yogurt, lite ice cream, frozen custard, sherbet and novelties. Considering our modest start in 1928, we’re proud of our current ranking as Wisconsin’s largest independent ice cream manufacturer.
